Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Stylish Blue and White Staffordshire Spongeware Pitcher.  
 
Dating to the early 19th century, this beauty features a Flamboyant Flared Spout, Fancy Handle with Thumb Grip, Bulbous Base, Substantial Raised Footer, and Circular Blue Sponging all Around.   Stands 8 3/4" tall. 
 
Excellent Condition.   A faint surface-only craze line on the bottom.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A small kiln touch on the left side center in the making which hides in the sponging.
