Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this fantastic Blue and White Spongeware Stoneware Umbrella Stands.
It was probably made by the US Stoneware Company in Akron, Ohio.
Circa 1900, this beauty is Hand-Thrown on a Potter's Wheel and features a Semi-Squared Rim, Rounded Footer, and Profuse Blue and White Sponging. Stands 19 3/4" tall.
Exceptional Condition. As made. No damage of any kind.
