Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Butter Crock from Western Pennsylvania.
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Thick Squared Tooled Rim, a Fancy Coggled Shoulder, Applied Handles with Cobalt Accents, and a Bold Brushed Cobalt Vine with Two Tulip Blossoms Cascading across the Front. Measures 9 1/2" tall and 9 1/2" wide across the top.
Excellent Condition. Three narrow chips at the base (1/4" to 1/2"). That's it! No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
