Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Jar whose form and decoration indicates that it was made in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Heavy Construction with Inner Ring for a Lid, Tooled Rim, and a Brushed Cobalt Garland with Stripe Underscore. Stands 11 1/4" tall.
Excellent Condition. A few minor nibbles on the inner lid-seating ring.
