Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Jar with Plant Decoration. 
 
I am attributing it to Beaver, Pennsylvania circa 1870.
 
This beauty features a Tooled Rim and Shoulder with Inner Ring for a Lid, and a Brushed Cobalt Capacity Number and Plant with Two Base Leaves and Three Stems.  Stands 12 1/2" tall.
 
Very Good Condition. Minor nibbles around the inside of the rim from use with a lid, some scattered small chips on the body, some glaze exfoliation at the bottom of the right side, and some staining from use.  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
