Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Decorated 2 Gallon Crock.
The form, heft, and decoration indicate that this jar was probably made in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Wide Tooled Rim and a Brushed Cobalt Garland Across the Front. Measures 9 3/4" tall and 9 1/4" wide across the top.
Excellent Condition. Faint surface craze lines on the underside and some light, scattered staining from use. No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
