Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Spongeware Wash Bowl.  
 
Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features an Outlined Circle of Sponging Inside, a Stripe Inside 2" down from the Rim Filled to the Top with Sponging, and 3 Center Stripes on the Outside with more Sponging Top and Bottom.  Measures 5" tall and 14 1/2" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition.  One 2" narrow worn spot on the very edge of the bowl (second picture of the bowl's side), and 3 small chips in the underside at the edge (1/4" to 1/2"). That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
