Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this truly beautiful Blue and White Sponeware Hanging Salt Crock. 
 
Made around 1900, this beauty features sponging around the hanger, and the top and bottom of the Holder. "Salt" is stenciled front and center.  The cobalt is strong and patterned too-- just like we like it! Stands 5 1/2" tall to the top of the hanger and 5 3/4" wide across the bottom. Once had a wooden lid.
 
Excellent Condition.  A 3/4" chip on the bottom of the hanger on the back.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
