Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Blue and White Spongeware Stoneware Water Cooler.  
 
Circa 1900, this beauty features Top and Bottom Controlled Blue Sponging and Two Blue Stripes in the Center with the Capacity Number and Two Emblems in Between.  Strong contrast between the white background glaze and the dark cobalt decoration.  Measures 12" tall and 11 1/2" wide across the top. 
 
Excellent  Condition.  Four minor chips on the bottom edge (1/4" to 3/8").  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
