Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 8 1/4" Wax Sealer Canning Jar made by "A. P.  Donaghho, Fredericktown, Pa."
 
This is the mark of Alexander P. Donaghho who ran his pottery in Fredericktown with this name from 1867-1870 before moving to Parkersburg, WV (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners , 170-173).
 
This beauty features the Wax Sealer Form with Flared Rim, Canted Sides, and the Company Advertising across the Front.  Stands 8 1/4" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two chips inside the rim (1/4", 3/8") and one outside (5/8").  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
