Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this super 1 Gallon Jug made and stamped by "Wm. E. Warner, West Troy."
This is the mark of William E. Warner who ran a pottery in West Troy, N.Y. from the 1840's until 1871 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, pp. 67-68).
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Brushed Cobalt Tulip. Stands 9 3/4" tall.
