Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Stoneware 9 3/4" Crock Lid.
The distinctive shape makes it easy to attribute this lid to William and Charles Wingender of Haddonfield, N.J. They ran the pottery in Haddonfield from 1883 to 1923.
This beauty features a Recessed Center on the Top that Creates a Solid Seating Ring on the Underside-- a Wingender distinctive. Measures 9 3/4" in diameter and fits in a crock with an opening of at least 8".
Excellent Condition. Three chips on the top edge (1/8" to 3/8"). That's it! No other chips or any hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
