Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 5 Gallon Churn made and stamped by the "West Troy Pottery."
This is the mark used by William Warner of West Troy, New York (now Watervliet) from 1843 to 1871.
This beauty sports the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and Large Floral Bouquet that Fills the Front. Stands 18" tall.
Excellent Condition. Wear around the seating ring inside, five small 1/4" chips inside the rim, a 5/8" chip outside the rim, a few minor glaze flakes near the base, and minor nibbles on the bottom edge. No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
