Item 12816
Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Tiny 2 Pint Stoneware Merchant Jug made for "D. E. Kennedy, Wholesale Liquors, Camden, N.Y."
The shape indicates that it was made nearby by the Whites Pottery of Utica, N.Y.
Circa 1880, this beauty features a very Small Size, Tall Spout, Bulbous Body, and Three Lines of Bright Cobalt Advertising. Stands 7 3/4" tall.
One of the smallest New York merchant jugs that I have ever encountered.
Excellent Condition. Overall light staining from use. That's it! No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
