Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Tiny 7 1/4" Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Decoration. 
 
The form and decoration make it easy to attribute this pitcher to Richard Remmey who ran the family pottery in Philadelphia from the 1860's until the turn of the century (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 8-10).
 
Circa 1860, this beauty features a Tooled Grooved Rim, Tooled Shoulder, Bulbous Body, Rounded Footer Three Brushed Cobalt Leaves from the Rim and Three Around the Middle.  Additional Cobalt at the handle terminals.  Rich and shiny cobalt. Stands 7 1/4" tall. 
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
