Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1.2 Gallon Jar with a Gorgeous Garland of Tulips.

The jar's form and decoration make it easy to attribute to David Parr who made stoneware in Baltimore, Maryland from 1815 to 1855 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 98).

This beauty features a Squared Rim and Shoulder, and a Garland of Comma Vining around the Top from which Four Tulips Dangle.  All the cobalt is dark and bright on a medium gray clay to provide an alluring contrast.  Stands 8 1/2" tall.

Very Good Condition.   Four small chips on the rim (1/8" to 3/8") and a faint spider line on the bottom partially visible inside.  No inner rim or base chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
