Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Jar made in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
 
Circa 1870, this jar features a Triple Tulip with Vining Decoration on the Front, Riding on a Stripe and the Capacity Number.  Stands 12 1/2" tall.
 
Good  Condition.  Waterglass staining inside and some outside, and a 1/2" chip on the left handle.  No rim or base chips, hairllines, cracks, or restoration.   Some glaze skips on the right handle in the making.
