Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Rare Blue and White Spongeware Umbrella Stand.
 
Circa 1900, this beauty features 6 Stripes that Outline 3 Sections of Very Careful Sponging.  The sponging is so precise that it almost looks like wallpaper.  Stands 19 1/4" tall.
 
I have never seen an umbrella stands decorated in this fashion. 
 
Good Condition.  Two 1 1/4" chip side-by-side on the base.  Four hairlines straight down from the rim (2 1/2", 3", 6", 6").  I have included closeups of the two larger ones.  No rim chips, stains, or restoration.
