Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this most unusual 2 Gallon Stoneware Crock from the Midwest.  
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Freehand "2" Capacity Number underscored by a Bumblebee.  Then, as quite a surprise, there are two Three Chain Links of the Oddfellows Symbol representing faith, love, and truth!  Never saw such a thing!  Measures 9 1/4" tall and wide across the top.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two 1/4" flakes inside the rim, a surface ping on the rim (closeup), and some scattered small stains.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
