Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Crock made and stamped by "J. Burger, Jr., Rochester, N.Y."
 
This is the work of John Burger, Jr. who ran the pottery in Rochester from 1880-1890 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 74).
 
This beauty features a Larger Size, the Oval Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Unique Decoration with 2 Stripes Leaves, 3 Accented Leaves, Two Curled Leaves, and 2 Dotted Leaves!  I have not seen this decoration on a Burger Crock before.   Measures 11 1/4" tall and 11 3/4" wide across the top. 
 
Very Good Condition.  A couple water glass rings inside and some light traces outside, and a 3/8" flake on the rim.  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
