Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Gorgeous 3 Gallon Stoneware Crock made and stamped by "J. Fisher, Lyons, N.Y."
 
This is the work of Jacob Fisher who ran the pottery in Lyons from 1872-1902 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 74).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Freehand Capacity Number, and Two Brushed Cobalt Tulips.  The floral has six leaves and two blossoms with two petals each.  Fisher really knew how to fill the front of his stoneware with tulips!  Measures 10 1/2" tall and 11" wide across the top. 
 
Excellent Condition. Some light staining on the right side and a 1/2" glaze chip to the right bottom of the floral as show.  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
