Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Stoneware Crock made and stamped by "J. Fisher, Lyons, N.Y."
 
This is the work of Jacob Fisher who ran the pottery in Lyons from 1872-1902 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 74).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp, Freehand Capacity Number, and a Two Large Brushed Cobalt Tulips with 7 Leaves and 2 Blossoms with 5 Petals Each.  Measure 11 1/2" tall and 11 1/2" wide across the top. 
 
Excellent Condition.  A single 1/4" chip inside the rim and some scattered staining.  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
