Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Tiny 1 Gallon Stoneware Crock made and stamped by "Haxstun, Ottman & Co., Fort Edward, N.Y."
 
This is the stamp of Andrew K. Haxstun and William and Gilbert Ottman who ran the company from 1867-1872 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 68).
 
This beauty features a Small Size, the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash on the Shoulder, and a Bird Facing Left Poised on a Floral Decoration.  Measures 8 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" wide across the top. 
 
Very Good Condition.  Narrow chips around the inside of the rim and some very light scattered staining.  That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
