Dating to the mid-19th century and hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, thsi beauty features a Small Size, Tooled Rim Designed to Facilitate Tying a Cover Over the Top, and Brilliant Cobalt Brushed Vining with Dangling Blossoms Repeated Four Times Around.  Can be seen from the space station!  😮
 
This  jar stands above most for small size and cobalt decoration. 
 
Excellent Condition.  A minor 1/8" nibble inside the rim, a 1/4" flake outside the rim, and a 3/8" chip on the base.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
