Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 1/2 Gallon Jug made and stamped by "Haxstun, Ottman & Co., Fort Edward, N.Y."  
 
This is the stamp of Andrew K. Haxstun and William and Gilbert Ottman who ran the company from 1867-1872 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 68).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp and a Bird Poised on a Branch Decoration.  Stands 12 1/2" tall.  
 
Excellent Condition.  Chips around the inside of the spout. two 1/8" nibbles on the right side of the spout, light staining on the back. That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
