This is the work of Frank Hamilton and John Jones who worked in Greensboro, PA from 1865 to 1897 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 154-157). 
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features the Company Advertising Surrounding a Floral.  Crisp stencil. Stands 10" Tall.  
 
Excellent Condition.  Minor nibbles inside the rim and a faint 1" surface line on the underside.  That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
