Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 5 Gallon Stoneware Crock from the Midwest.
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Large and Fancy "5" Capacity Number and a Bumblebee Decoration Created with a Slip Cup. The decorator was determined to fill the front of this crock with blue. Measures 13" tall and 12" wide across the top.
Very Good Condition. An inverted y-shaped surface craze line on the back with some associated staining as shown. No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
