Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Salt Glaze Jug from the Midwest.
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Beehive Shape, and a "4" Capacity Number Atop a Bumblebee. Stands 15 1/2" tall.
Very Good Condition. A 3/4" ship on the spout on the right side, a fine line through the handle (closeup), and some staining from use. No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration. Some bubbles in the thickest parts of the cobalt in the making.
