Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Cream Pot attributed to New York (possibly Whites of Utica).

Circa 1870, this beauty features a Semi-Squared Rim, Rounded Sides, Inscribed Shoulder, Applied Handles, and a Brushed Cobalt Tulip Executed with Strong and Rich Cobalt.  The blossom hangs from a small stem with a single leaf- defying gravity!  Measures 7 1/4" tall and 8 1/2" wide across the top.

Excellent Condition.  A minor 1/8" nibble on the rim, two 1/4" chips on the underside at the edge, and a stain in the reverse.  That's it!  No inner rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  A groove in the clay above the flower and a 1" stone ping inside- both in the making.
