Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Butter Crock from Southwestern Pennsylvania.

 

Circa 1870, this beauty features a Tooled Rim with Groove to Allow a Covering to be Tied Over the Top, and Three Cobalt Stripes.  A top and bottom straight stripe frame a center wavy stripe.  Measures 7" tall and 8" wide across the top.

 

Exceptional Condition.  As made. No damage of any kind.
