Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Approximately 3 Gallon Stoneware Bellarmine Jug from Cologne or Frechen, Germany.
 
Dating around 1750, this beauty features a Heavily Tooled Spout, Applied Decoration of a Bearded Man, and Iron Oxide Glaze.  Stands 17 1/2" tall
 
Excellent Condition.  Some chips around the base (1/4" to 1/2").  That's it!  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
