Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is wonderful and uncommon Blue and White Mixing Bowl in the Feather Pattern. 
 
This beauty features a Two Rows of Overlapping Feathers.  Very strong mold lines and attractive diffused blue coloration with additional swirled blue lines.  The double ring top border is for tying a cover over the bowl with string. Measures 4 5/8" tall and 10 1/4" wide. 
 
This piece is pictured in Kathryn McNerney, Blue and White Stoneware , p 14. These are very hard to find, especially in this condition.
 
Excellent Condition.  Minor nibbles and one narrow chip (closeup) on the edge of the footer.  Otherwise no rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Two small clay voids on the top of the rim in the making as shown.
