Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Uncommon Blue and White Stoneware Cemetery Vase.

The unglazed narrow end was inserted in the ground and the above ground portion would hold flowers.  Great form for preventing tipover.  Now a great geometric form for decorating.

Made around 1900 to 1920, this beauty features Two Bands of Blue Stripes.  Stands 11" tall.

Excellent Condition.  Six minor 1/8" nibbles on the top rim (when upright). A 1 1/2" hairline at the rim only seen 1/4" inside that was probably in the making because it is slightly indented there.  That's it!
