Circa 1900, this beauty features the Chainlink Pattern made of 8 Columns of 4 Circles Each.  Structured pattern in rich cobalt.  Stands 9" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  Very fine, light crazing.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.   The spout moves slightly left in the making.
