Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Salt Crock in the Eagle Pattern.
This beauty features a Rope and Tassel Top and Bottom Border that Frames "Salt" Embossed on the Front and Flanked by a Pair of Eagles in Flight Carrying a Shield with Stripes and Stars-- all on an Orange Peel Background. The indentation on the front left rim is in the making and glazed over. The lid repeats the rope and tassel border on the orange peel background. Gorgeous diffused coloration as you can see! Strong mold lines too! Measures 5 3/4" tall to the top of the hanger, and 6" wide across the base.

Excellent Condition. The base has a pinhead nibble on the front tassel border, and a 3/4" chip on the top of the rim by the left edge of the hanger. No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. The lid is as made. Typical manufacturing imperfections.
