Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this rare Blue and White Salt Crock in the Grapevine on Fence Pattern. It was made by Brush-McCoy from 1911 - 1924.

This beauty features a Beaded Top Border, Lattice Trellis with Grapevines, and "Salt" Front and Center below a Cluster of Grapes. Diffused blue coloration. The lid repeats the pattern and the handle holder is a grapevine. Measures 5 1/2" tall and 6" wide.
Excellent Condition. A 1/4" flake on the front edge of the hanger, minor nibbles around the inside of the rim from being used with the lid, and three chips on the base (1/4" to 3/8"). No outer rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains or restoration. A narrow 1" rough spot on the bottom edge in the making. The lid has a 1/4" chip on the edge. Otherwise, as made.
