Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful half-gallon Canning Jar made for "A. L. Blair's Uncolored Pickles, Gerkins, Prepared by Brattleboro Jelly Co., Brattleboro, Vermont."
 
Circa 1900, this beauty Retains its Original Paper Label!  Stands 7 3/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition. Minor nibbles and two chips inside the rim (1/4", 1/2") and a 1/4" chip on the base.  Wear to the label.  No outer rim chips, hairlines,  cracks, stains, or restoration.  The lid has some chipping on the narrow embossed ring on the underside.  Otherwise, as made.
