    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Fantastic Redware Scroddle Ware Presentation Teapot.

     

    It was made for Miss M. Wilson of Ribchester in 1913.   

     

    This beauty features a Double Spout, Gorgeous Brown and Yellow Swirl Glaze, and the Presentation Information in Slip Added to the Shoulder on Each Side.  Stands 7" tall to the top of the finial, and 10" wide from the tip of the spouts to the handle.    

     

    Excellent Condition.  Wear on the top of the rim and the seating ring inside, and two tiny pinhead-size nibbles on the tip of one spout.  No our rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  The lid has wear around the bottom edge and the outer edge, with one 1 3/8" sliver chip on the top of the outer edge.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
