Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Rare Stoneware Spongeware Mini Jug. 
 
The jug was made and stamped on the heel by "Stiles Patent Recherches Ware, Cleveland, O. Pat. Mar. 10, 1892."  This jug is shaped to make a "burpless" flow as the air enters the jug from the raised portion of the spout. 
 
This beauty has a Horseshoe Shape, Blue and White Sponging, and Four Lines of Stenciled Advertising.  Measures 2 7/8" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind. 
 
I have only seen two of these in my lifetime.
