Perine and sons worked in stoneware from approximately 1827 to after 1900 and Linton made stoneware from 1845 to 1867 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 98).
This beauty features Tooled Square Rim, Applied Handles with Cobalt Accents at the Handle Terminals, and Three Leaves and a Flower Dangling from the Rim on Both Sides. Measures 7 3/4" tall and 11 3/4" wide across the top.
Excellent Condition. Two chips on the base (1/4", 1"). Otherwise, as made! Exceptionally clean example.
