Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 8" Stoneware Jar from Baltimore, Maryland.
 
Circa 1870, this beauty features a carefully tooled rim and three brushed cobalt leaves around the middle.  Desirable small size with simple decoration.
 
Excellent condition. One 1/8" nibble on the rim.  That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  
 
It is hard to find stoneware in such good condition.
