It is marked "Chen-Si", a pattern made by John Meir from 1812-1836.
This beauty features a Very Elaborate Floral Border with a Detailed Oriental Scene in the Middle in which Two People are Ascending Stairs to a Home amidst a Garden. 14 Sided and a very large 11" Size.
Excellent Condition. Just a few stray utensil marks. Very limited use over the past 200 years.
