Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made for "Geneva Lithia Mineral Water For Rheumatism, Kidney and Uric Acid Troubles.  Cadwallader Bros., Cleveland, Ohio.  Distributers for Northern Ohio." [couple letters missing]
 
Circa 1900, this jug is a great example of quack medicine at the turn of the last century.  The Geneva Mineral Waters of Geneva, New York.  It shows how the waters were sold as a cure for three common ailments!  Six lines of stenciled advertising.  Stands 10 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A 3/4" chip on the platform and a 2" surface ping line (closeup)- both on the back.  No spout or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
