Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Jug made in Southeastern Ohio around 1880.  
 
This beauty features a Tall and Slender Form with 3 Freehand Brushed Cobalt Tulips on the Front and "2" Capacity Number on the Left Side.  Stands 13 1/2" tall.   Comes with an old, carved wooden stopper.
 
Excellent Condition.  A 1" chip on the underside at the edge in the front.  That's it!  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A small piece of clay on the spout, some salt drips and recess on the back, and a 1" clay void on the bottom edge-- all in the making.
