Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Fantastic 8" Highly Decorated Stoneware Jar.  
 
It has been hard to attribute.  I have never seen a jar like it.  However, larger pieces by David Parr, Sr. of Baltimore Circa 1830 incorporate this decoration, especially two larger water coolers. 
 
This beauty features a Leafy Stem with Three Tulips Encased in a Wreath on Each Side.  Rich and Thick Cobalt!  Stands 8" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.   No damage of any kind.
