Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 10 Gallon Stoneware Crock from Roseville, Ohio.  
 
Circa 1875, this beauty features a Large Size, Capacity Number Surrounded by Four Tornados, and Flanked by an Apple and Leaf-- all Accented by Dotted Sideways S's.  Measures 16 3/4" tall and 14 1/2" wide across the top. 
 
Very Good Condition.   Two chips on the underside (1", 1/2"); a faint 3" craze line on the front left, and a Y-shaped one on the back (closeup 1) that are surface only;  a 6" vertical hairline on the bottom of the left side that wraps under 6" and only partially visible inside (closeup 2), and some scattered stains.  No rim chips, cracks, or restoration.
