Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Bowl in the Flying Birds Pattern. 
 
This beauty features Four Flying Birds around the Sides separated by Wild Flowers, with a Garland of Wild Flowers forming the Top and Bottom Borders.  This bowl came in three sizes.  This one is the middle size measuring 3 1/2" tall and 7 1/4" wide.  
 
You can find a fine writeup on this item in Taylor and Lowrance's, Collector's Encyclopedia of Salt Glaze Stoneware, pp. 162-63. 
 
Very Good Condition.  Three 1/4" chips:  two inside and one on the footer. They appear to be from impurities in the clay in the making that created a void with use.  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
