Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful One Gallon Jar made and stamped by the "Beaumont Pottery, York, Maine."  
 
It is the work of Jerry Beaumont who inscribed his cross, initials, and the date 1982 on the bottom.  In my humble opinion, Mr. Beaumont has been and continues to be one of the best contemporary potters in America today.  His work from York, Maine was some of his finest.  
 
This beauty features a Semi-Squared Rim, Slightly Canted Sides, Pottery Stamp, and Little Girl with Pigtails Poised for the Portrait!  Stands 9 1/4" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
