Item 11557

Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Grouping of Three Different Zipp Root Beer Mugs.

Circa 1900 to 1920, these mugs were made for the Zipp's Manufacturing Company of Cleveland, Ohio during the soda fountain age.  They were probably made in New Brighton, Pennsylvania.

These beauties feature Blue and White Top and Bottom Stripes that Frame the Company Advertising.  They stand 6 1/2" and 4 3/4" tall.

The two larger mugs are as made.  No damage of any kind.  The smaller mug has a faint 1/2" line at the rim not seen inside (closeup), a 1/4" chip at the base, and some glaze crazing of age.
