Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made and stamped by "Sipe & Sons, Williamsport, PA."
 
This is the mark of William Sipe and his sons who ran the company with this stamp from 1879-1893 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 62-63).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Brushed Cobalt Double Floral with Six Leaves to the Left and Two Blossoms with Three Petals Each to the Right.   Stands 11" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two flat chips on top of the spout (1/4", 1/2"), and a  faint 1" hairline on the front bottom that wraps under 2" and is not visible inside.  No base chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
